Matt has experience in all facets of project management, including pre-construction activities, procurement, permitting, estimating, contract negotiation, budgeting, and contract reconciliation. Matt specializes in high level organization, efficient communication, and day to day project management operations.
Matt has managed more than 400 projects valued in excess of $800 million, working for prominent brands such as Altos Labs, Turning Point Therapeutics, Bristol Myers Squibb, San Diego Gas & Electric, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, University of California San Diego, Teradata, Evans Hotels, Apple Inc., Tiffany & Co., Dolce & Gabbana, Wells Fargo Bank, Karl Strauss Brewery, and more.
